Being owed money can be frustrating, so this landlord took drastic action after their tenants fell behind on the rent.
When rent payments are missed, most people choose to write to their tenants. Perhaps they’ll send a letter to the guarantor or maybe, in some cases, even threaten legal action. But not this homeowner.
At the beginning of the video, the neighbour behind the camera can be heard in a hushed tone saying: “When the landlord next door takes the staircase away. “The man filming the footage continues: “How are they suppose to get up and down to their place? There’s just nothing.
“They didn’t even tell them, too. They had no idea they were going to remove it.” At the end of the clip, a puzzled man can be seen emerging from his home to investigate.
